Trips for the Year 2010/11
These Trips are for the Red Class only unless otherwise posted.
1. October 20 - Puddicombe Farms - Red
and Purple Class - $6/person, parents drive to farm, bring a snack with drink, hats, mittens,
rubber boots
2. November 17 -
Hamilton Art Gallery - $7/person, city bus trip

December 8 - Dundurn Castle - $3/child, $7/adult - parents drive children and meet at the castle
4. February 14 - Mountain Bowl - parents drive children and meet at bowling alley,
$2.26/child, bring a snack with drink
5. February 18 - Aboriginal
Demo at the school "Pow Wow" - all welcome 9:30am
6. February
25 - Dentist Visit to the school.
7. March 4
- Trip to Terryberry Library using City Bus
8. April 13 - Royal Botanical
Gardens - $7.50/child, adults free
9. May 2 - Trip to Fire Station
10. May 6 - Aviary Visit to the school

May 17- Year End School Trip to Twin Valley Petting Zoo - Purple and Red Class
12. May 25- Year End School
Potluck Picnic at Dundas Driving Park 10a-1p - Purple and Red Class,
Entertainment starts at 10:30am
Graduation
Purple Class - June 2 - Children arrive at 9:30am, Families arrive at 10:45am
Red Class - June 3 - Children arrive
at 9:30am, Families arrive at 10:45am
Halloween
Party Red Class - October 29 -
wear your Halloween costume and bring in 21 small candies to share with the class
Purple Class - October 28 - wear your Halloween costume and bring in 8 small candies to share with
the class
Christmas

Red Class - December
15 - Santa will arrive at 10:30am
Purple Class -
December 14 - Santa will arrive at 10:30am
*Bring in 1 small book, wrapped with
child's name on the inside of the book and outside the wrapping paper. The book may be ordered from the November Scholastic
order. You may bring in a book for siblings as well for Santa to give out. The book is due by December 10th.
