Meet the Teacher

Mrs. Coleen Rakoczy is a trained and seasoned Early Childhood Educator. She has over 30 years experience in a co-operative preschool setting. Mrs. Rakoczy holds an up to date Red Cross First Aid Certificate. She is committed to on-going professional development through courses, workshops and conferences specific to the field of early childhood education.

Mrs. Rakoczy runs her classes seamlessly. She uses creative crafts, stories, songs, and play centres to captivate the children and to help promote early learning. She has a gentle way of connecting the children to the task at hand, and is naturally sensitive to each child's unique learning styles and needs.

It is obvious that Mrs. Rakoczy is good at what she does; it is reflected in the happiness of the children who attend Peter Pan Preschool!
